54-4011 / Dispensible Brazing Flux

This product is a concentrated general purpose brazing flux suitable for use on gold, silver and most non precious metals. The product is a homogeneous blend of fluxing agents and a neutral binder that has been optimized for dispensing from syringes.  this product is restrictive, which means that it tends to stay in place where it is applied.  This allows excellent control over flux placement, usage and effectiveness.  Also, because of the tackiness of this product, it can be used as an aid in holding solder chips in the joint area.

• For use on gold, silver, copper, brass, steel, and stainless steel
• Active Fluxing Range - 800°F - 1500°F
• Nominal Flux Concentration - 55% - 65%
